item bolts to exhaust front down pipe. FREE GASKET and REAR HARDWARE INCLUDED. 3 bolt inlet flange, 2 bolt outlet flange. item is approximately 49.5" long. item is direct fit, no cutting or welding required. item has provision for one O2 sensor ( sensor not included )
