Please Note: Fits all TL models from 1999 through to 2003 with mid-bed O2 sensor location.  Please check if you have a 1999 model, some have a rear O2 sensor position rather than mid bed.   Direct bolt-on, no cutting or welding required.  3 bolt inlet flange, 3 bolt outlet flange.  Bolts between flex pipe and middle exhaust pipe, has provision to mount factory O2 sensor.
